Sure enough I found a wonderful recipe using both Brazil nuts and Walnuts, both Dr. Sebi Approved.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Brazil Nut Milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup walnuts, soaked for 10 hours, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup honey or agave nectar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
- Pour 1/2 cup of the Brazil Nut Milk and the walnuts in a blender and process until very smooth.
- Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups Brazil Nut Milk, along with the rest of the ingredients and process until well blended.
- Transfer to a jar and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.
- Put the mixture in an ice-cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions.
